A unique Nature Education Experience within a pristine alpine glaciated valley located on the edge of Mt Aspiring National Park, and home to the South Island whio/blue duck, mohua/ yellowhead, kea and the alpine rock wren.

Enjoy a guided trail walk with (ABT) conservationists in action whilst learning about this important habitat, home to some of Aotearoa’s most endangered species.

Allow 2 hours for an easy to intermediate marked trail walk including 1 hour of stop, look & listen, plus BCH check-in. Lunch provided on request.

Cost: $525.00 to $700.00 per person (return flight included): Proceeds going to the important work of Aspiring Biodiversity Trust in the Makarora and Wilkin Catchment, preventing local extinction of Aotearoa’s endemic species.
